Good morning, teachers and dear classmates!

My name is Li Hua, and I am a student in Grade 3. Today, I want to share with you something very special — my favorite season.

I like summer best. Why? Because in summer, the sun shines brightly, and the sky is blue. The trees are green, and the flowers are beautiful. I can go swimming with my friends, and eat ice cream. It's so fun!

In summer, I also like to wear my favorite T-shirt and shorts. My mom says that I look like a little angel when I play outside. Sometimes, I read books under the tree, and sometimes I help my dad water the plants in the garden.

But I also know that summer is very hot. So I must drink a lot of water and wear a hat when I go out. I also love to take a nap in the afternoon. That makes me feel better.

Even though it's hot, I still enjoy every moment of summer. I think it's the best time of the year because I can have so much fun and make happy memories.
