【我的暑假英语作文初二300字】My summer vacation this year was very interesting and unforgettable. I had a lot of fun and also learned a lot.

During the summer, I went to visit my grandparents in the countryside. It was very quiet and peaceful there. I helped them water the plants and feed the chickens. I also learned how to grow vegetables. That was a new experience for me.

In the morning, I usually read English books and practiced speaking. I wanted to improve my English skills. In the afternoon, I played basketball with my friends. We had a lot of fun together.

At night, I watched some English movies and tried to understand the dialogues. Sometimes I asked my parents for help. I found that learning English through movies was very helpful and interesting.

I also spent some time doing my homework and preparing for the next term. Although the summer was short, I made the most of it. I felt happy and satisfied with my summer vacation.

I hope I can have another great summer next year.
